Resource Fair:

  Date: 10/29/25 & 10/30/25    Time: 8am-3pm  Location: Grand Ballroom

The MCA resource fair can offer attendees a wealth of information, networking opportunities, and access to services and products tailored to the corrections industry. All exhibitor attendees may attend sessions (included with exhibitor registration).  Here's what attendees can typically expect:

Exhibitor Booths:

  • Correctional Agencies: State and federal correctional departments providing updates on policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Vendors and Suppliers: Exhibits featuring the latest products, technologies, and solutions for correctional facilities.
  • Non-Profit Organizations: Information on advocacy, support services, and programs for inmates and their families.

Networking Opportunities:

  • Peer Connections: Interactions with fellow corrections professionals from different facilities and regions.
  • Vendor Interactions: Engage with vendors to discuss products, services, and potential partnerships.
  • Industry Experts: Meet experts in the field, including researchers, consultants, and trainers.

    Health and Wellness Resources:

    • Mental Health Services: Information on programs and resources for addressing inmate mental health needs.
    • Healthcare Providers: Updates on medical services, treatment options, and preventive care within correctional settings.

    Reentry and Rehabilitation Programs:

    • Community Partnerships: Collaborative initiatives between correctional facilities and community organizations for successful reentry.

        Support Services for Families:

        • Family Information Centers: Resources for families of inmates, including support groups, counseling services, and visitation guidelines.
        • Legal Aid for Families: Assistance with navigating legal processes, rights, and responsibilities of family members.

          Giveaways and Prizes:

          • Raffles and Contests: Fun activities with chances to win prizes, gift cards, or technology gadgets.
          • Promotional Items: Freebies such as pens, notepads, and merchandise from exhibitors and sponsors.

          By attending a corrections resource fair, professionals in the field can gain valuable insights, discover new solutions, and connect with a diverse community dedicated to improving correctional practices and outcomes.

          Exhibitor Set-up and Tear-down:

          • Set-up:  Tuesday evening 10/28 from 4-6pm and Wednesday morning starting at 730am. 
          • Tear-down:  The Resource Fair will conclude Thursday 10/30 at 3:00pm, with teardown from between 3 and 3:30 pm.
          • Booths will have an 8 ft table with 2 chairs unless you noted you have a free-standing display and do not need a table when you registered.
