*Early Exhibitor Registration Rate: $250
The *rate for exhibit space at this training will be $250 (early registration rate if paid by February 22, 2018, and will increase to $325 if paid February 23, 2018 or after). Lunch and workshop registration is included with paid exhibit space.
*Sponsors - be sure you log-in for your exhibitor registration option - cost for your exhibit space is free, lunch cost is optional, workshop registration is included.
The cost includes a display table, table covering, electric, and workshop registration for two people (lunch included). Additional attendees will need to register as a workshop attendees.
*Exhibitor Set up begins at 7:30 a.m.

10:30-10:45 AM: Break
10:45-12:15 PM: Speakers/Panel 1, Question and Answer
12:15-1:30 PM: Lunch and Resource Fair

2:30-2:45 PM: Break
2:45-4:00 PM: Speakers/Panel 2, Question and Answer

Cancellation* Policy: E-mail cancellations to the MCA office email@example.com. The following refund schedule will apply: 100% refund for cancellations by 02/22/18; 50% refund 2/23/18 to 03/07/18; no refunds 3/8/18 or after. Processing fee will be deducted for payments made thru PayPal.
Payments through PayPal: If you are paying for your membership and have an event invoice open and you do not intend to pay for your event invoice, proceed carefully during your payment process to ensure you are aware what you are paying for. Refunds will not be made for accidental payments of all open invoices. Attendees will need to submit their payment receipt to their agency for reimbursement.
