With the increase in the offender population incarcerated for qualified domestic violence related offenses, awareness of continued victimization methods has also grown.  This session will illustrate how the methods for manipulation are modified during incarceration to maintain the imbalance of power and control within the relationship.

We will highlight new processes have been implemented to address this growing population and respond to victim concerns.  We will also discuss safety planning services available to victims as the release date of the offender that harmed them approaches.
